i stayed in rupal residency last week. i am really glad to share my feedback about my stay. the location of the hotel is really good, the staffs are cooperative and humble. rooms were big and spacious, very clean with all the facilities that one would require in a stay. as i was traveling with kids i found my stay very comfortable. bathrooms were clean and fresh with efficient housekeeping services. i would highly recommend rupal residency to everyone who travel jaisalmer ☺️

A real gem in the small city of Jaisalmer. It's a well-known property, so local auto and taxi drivers know it. Location is great and close to anywhere you want to go. Staff is courteous, welcoming, and pleasant. Special thanks to Shilpa for taking care of us. Go early for the breakfast buffet to catch all options, and the view from the rooftop is great in the evening since the sun falls on the fort from behind you. Highly recommend the egg biryani on the menu!

Amazing staff with outstanding hospitality..... The front desk staff Shilpa and his subordinate( old mid height guy with glasses) upgraded our room on request. The restaurant and housekeeping staff are also incomparable as you will find here a mix of culture and Rajasthani hospitality fusion. Infinity pool is cherry on the cake. In short perfect for families with children.

The stay at Rupal was very comfortable.We had booked an executive room. The room as well as the bathroom was spacious and clean. The hotel staff was courteous and attentive to our needs especially Shilpa. They also facilitated an early check in. The food was good. However, the food standards could be improved. Overall, the stay was worth every penny spent.

Interior is Good. Place is also very nice. Well Maintained. Cleanliness is really good. Spa wasn't operational. Breakfast is good but during peak time, staff crunch can be felt. Also, other than Breakfast, Food Taste isn't that great. We tried Nachos from Cafe Tilor and Pizza from Godavan. Neither of them were upto our expectations.

Extremely clean hotel and very good hospitality. Room and washroom were of good size. We had a great view of Jaisalmer Fort from our room. Rooftop restaurant is also good with varieties of food. Overall it was a very good experience. Will definitely recommend it. View from Room and food at rooftop restaurant

Property is excellent roof top bar and restaurant with excellent food andwith fort view, swimmingpool on terrace is under construction (within a month it will be completed), all the staffs and attendee including AGM Mr. Ram sharan are very humble and cooperative.

The property is really good and you will get good hospitality. The staff are well behaved and helpful. The restaurant offers a variety of food from local traditional to continental. the Breakfast buffet is too good. we enjoyed our stay.
