Safari Land Villa & Motel

This motel is actually located in front of the actual resort and not suited for families. So when I went there I upgraded to a standard room inside the resort only to repent it. a big group of youngsters had hired the neighboring villa and were playing loud music all night and day an even after complaining 5 times to the management they could not stop the music. Much worse their drivers also started playing even louder music parking their van close to our villa. it was a hell staying there. The very experience of staying in a resort inside a forest for the peace and tranquility was lost and ended up with more stress and headache. It was a total loss for me and ending up with a painful experience while the idea of going to such a resort will be to unwind relax and be peaceful with nature and reenergise away from the nuisance and stress of city life. While the management claimed that such music is banned in the forest and in their resort they couldn't do anything about it. Complementary breakfast was also late around 10 am while we had woken up by 5 due to the loud music and heart pounding bang bang bass from the speakers. so much for relaxing your heart in a resort. we could hardly get any stuff due to the crowd inspite of being early. we also dint get vegeterian dinner so we had to buy outside. The next day being a monday and raining, we hardly had any service till 10 am . not even water was available. To add some good points its in an awesome location just after the forest check post before masinagudi town and the views are amazing. some recreational facilities exist with a big ground and lots of open space though not a very clean pool or equipment.

Actually we stayed in this hotel after visiting Ooty and while coming back to Karnataka. The only reason to stay here was that it's near to Bandipur and we had a safari booked on day after early morning. we stayed in budgeted rooms where the cost was good. It's really not worth it to spend so much on a basic hotel room. There's nothing special even after spending that much amount. Basic amenities of a hotel room were provided I agree. But it's too costly for what it offered. It was worth not more.

Resort is beautiful for sure. However, budgeted room which I booked was in corner of resort and did not had basic facilities like TV, Cupboard, Intercom, etc. I paid ....for this room and got only bed room to rest.Resort manager asked me if I would like to upgrade room but with extra charges which will be like ...Room facilities were not worth the amount I paid for.Other services were good and staffs were really supportive.

I really had a great time in the resort Pleasant weather only if the rooms can get upgraded with smart tv wifi connection clean bedsheet and change of curtains the restaurant food was good very hygiene good service but very expensive
