Hotel Saffron Kiran - Dalhousie

I recently stayed at Aamod Suites Dalhousie and, unfortunately, I can only rate my experience 2 out of 5 stars due to several disappointing factors: ❌ Areas That Need Serious Improvement: Room Allotment Experience: Upon arrival, we were shown only one room and asked to pay an extra ₹1500 if we wanted a better one. It gave the impression that nicer rooms are reserved for direct bookings, while online bookings are given limited options, regardless of the actual availability. View and Cleanliness: The balcony of the assigned room was extremely dirty. There was ongoing construction on almost all sides of the hotel, very close to the rooms, making it impossible to enjoy the balcony or the view. All we could see was construction, and the noise made our stay quite stressful. Room Service & Maintenance: Basic amenities like the electric kettle were not working. Although tea was eventually provided upon request, it required repeated follow-ups. ✅ Positive Aspects Worth Mentioning: Helpful Staff: Mr. Digvijay at the reception was professional, courteous, and very helpful. He assisted us promptly and also arranged a taxi, which was greatly appreciated. Food Quality: Both dinner and breakfast included in our package were delicious. No complaints on that front. Convenient Location & Parking: The hotel is located right on the main road towards Dalhousie, which is ideal for travelers arriving by car. Parking was available within the hotel premises, which was a big plus. 🔚 Final Thoughts: While the hotel has potential due to its prime location and food quality, the overall guest experience suffers due to poor room allocation practices, maintenance issues, and unprofessional service handling. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves on these aspects.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Aamod suites hotel in Dalhousie, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the awe-inspiring beauty of the nature, and the warm welcome I received from the hotel staff specially Mr.Rahul at Front desk. The hotel's service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met. From the friendly concierge by the hotel Manager himself who provided valuable recommendations for local attractions to the attentive housekeeping team who kept my room spotless, the level of hospitality was truly outstanding.The rooms themselves were spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The amenities provided were top-notch, with luxurious bedding, and a state-of-the-art entertainment system that made my stay even more enjoyable.The hotel's dining options were equally impressive. The on-site restaurant served a wide array of delectable dishes, ranging from traditional Himachali cuisine.Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the natural beauty of Dalhousie, Himachal Pradesh. Situated amidst picturesque valleys and surrounded by lush greenery, it provided easy access to hiking trails, quaint villages, and breathtaking viewpoints.Overall, my stay at this hotel was a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort, warm hospitality. Will defiantly visit again. :)

Strongly recommended property, very much satisfied with property as well as services too. We enjoyed staying there for 3 nights. Desk Receptionist Ma Jyoti and all staff are extremely humble. the person uncharge of the property to whom i had spoken ,whose number is being shared by the platform , is good and cooperative , however the staff at the hotel were totally new and even do not know the basic h of hospitality
