Hotel located at 3rd lane from Dal lake; not at all facing at Dal Lake; No welcome drink as mentioned in Voucher....manager denied welcome drink at the time of ChkIN; Electricity problem throughout our stay; not able to sleep as frequent power cut throughout night; Staff also not helpful; No power backups for guests; But manager have power backup for himself; Never suggest anyone to stay here. and room was also not good Mosquito and Cockroach is also in the room. I suggest never book this hotel.

Very unpleasant stay! Zero hospitality! Check in was late and they were not even responding well. Can't say rude but unfriendly comparing my other stays in Kashmir. NOTE THIS BEFORE BOOKING: They have centralised room heater and water heater that too they will turn on only 3 hours two times. These info should have been clearly mentioned somewhere which wasn't.

Room service and food was amazing.Staffs are cooperative. It is located at walk in distance of 1 mins from Dal lake and nearer to Taxi stand on main road. In short, its recommended to stay with family and enjoy food of hotel and its service. service and food are at best quality.
