...The hotel service was so bad that after reaching their they intentionally offered us room on the first floor which was getting direct sunrays. As per their staff it was the worst room of the resort. 4. Adding to our pain we found water supply was not their in our room. We told them that as the whole resort is empty so they can shift us to another room or upgrade us to cottage. They were ready to transfer us to cottage but wanted additional money for that. when I insisted them that I am not going to pay even a single penny as it's their fault and if they are not rectifying the water problem then we are leaving then they shifted us to another delux room which had water supply. At all these times our family was seating in garden for 3 hours. 5. They had so bad arrangement that when I said that we want to use swimming pool so they should clean it then they started pulling the water from a tullu pump which was always taking air and it took them 2 day to clean it and I was able to swim just before my checkout. 6. Apart from reception staff (who are always hungry for money), the other staffs are good and well behaved. 7. The resort's garden and lawns are well maintained.

1. When we reached around 11:30 entire resort was vacant still manager rudely said it's MD POLICY we can't give you rooms before 12:00 2. Poor service. Had to make reminder calls each time for room service 3. Arranged a drinks party at family restaurant and asked my family to have dinner in play room without effective AC. 4. Our car went out of battery, being secluded area when we asked for help they point blank refused and said we don't know and we don't have any helper to go with you. 5. They do not have fixed breakfast and dinner menu..They will give only 1/2 times each time. They will charge you for juice as they do not have drinks in breakfast. 6. Did not have ready swimming pool the day we reached. Took entire day to clean and fill the pool. 7. We had to go to visit a nearby temple around 615 morning. When we got ready and reached main gate of resort manager told us that resort gate will be open only at 7 morning. It gave us a feeling of jail. When we confronted them they arranged to open it after 15 mins 8. Soothing location and resort for weekend getaway irrespective of changing of MD's policy as per convenience and guests.

Room:- Clean but average 2.5 rating is optimum in my opinion due to broken flores, average quality bed. This was deluxe room and should be much better than it was due to it being a resort. Go for a room above Deluxe category. Washroom :- neat and clean western commode and bath area. Service:- Very good service from parking to reception to room for luggage and room service. Food:- Ordered only fresh lime and two coke so don't have much idea about the quality and taste Parking: Ample space for parking Ammenities :- Indoor game (TT), few outdoor, swimming pool, bar, restaurant, lawn, green garden, nice walking path and resort is situated besides the dry river bed. Nice peaceful and calm environment. Staff:- Cooperative. Helped us out of the way, wash our bike as it was all dirty. Provided blower on demand. Helped us guide to the local places.

wish I can negative stars, pathetic staff and horrible service, I am a regular traveller and this is the worst stay ever, I booked a delluxe room worth 4000 rs but I had to pay twice and take an upgraded room as that room was in horrible situation , service and staff are horrible , I left my clothes over there at my checkout, when I called them, they blatantly refused to courier my stuff to me, I had to threatened them with police case and I had to follow up with them for regular 4 days , then only they couriered my stuff back to me, can you believe that in their free breakfast , they added for two eggs and did that in general people eat 2 eggs , you ate four , so we are charging you for extra two , I mean pathetic and horrible , the list is endless.its my advice to everyone, please don't ever book from them
