good hotel,nice stay for those looking for low cost room, but address of this hotel is very confusing when you personally searching for it,easy address in my opinion is near Zakaria masjid,Samuel street,masjid bunder west,Samuel street is very near to Zakaria masjid and when you enter in Samuel street then there you will get saim palace hotel and Zakaria masjid is just 10 minutes walkable distance or 5 minute by taxi from CST,so by taxi only hire metered taxi or walk straight towards masjid bunder west and go towards Zakaria masjid,thank you

service at hotel is very poor. null of the amenities provided was working. Tv was not working, nome of the electric socket were working, I had to give my phone at reception for charging. It was not clean at all.

NOT AS EXPECTED. NOT TOO GOOD NOT TOO BAD. ALSO PRICE NOT EQUIVALENT TO THE QUALITY OF THE HOTEL. FOUND IT OVER PRICED. ROOM SIZE TOO SMALL, I DONT KNOW HOW DO THEY JUSTIFY THAT AS A DELUXE ROOM.
