Our stay at Hotel Samman was amazing. Mr. Arup was so cooperative and friendly. My grandmother has a tough time climbing stairs. We had booked two rooms but it turned out there were none available on the first floor. My grandmother couldn't climb upto the second floor. So Mr. Arup managed us in a four bedded room. Dashashwamedh Ghat and the temple is just a couple of minutes away. Since the hotel has no provisions for fooding, we were even allowed to order food from online apps right upto our door. Mr. Arup also provided us with plates so that we could eat our food properly. He also managed the car for our trip to Chunar Fort, Sarnath, etc. The rooms are clean and so is the bathroom. And the staff helped us throughout our stay. We didn't even have to go out to buy Rabri. After staying here, I realized that people will only be warm and welcoming to you as long as you are warm and kind to them. And kindness goes a long way. We developed such a cordial relationship with the staff that three of them carried our luggages and held onto my grandparents as they crossed the road and then booked two totos for us upto the railway station. Be kind and people will be kind to you.

wonderful staff , very helpful , polite , respectful. Mr Bhattacharya and his whole team Gave best service 👌. Had hot water for bath. Location is key next to Ganaga arti place at Godolia chowk , lot of eating places and Kashi temple at walking distance. basic room with basic facilities and basic washroom. no lifts , so not suitable for people who can't climb. room were little cold but it is winters now so understable. but no room heater. But got extra blanket.overall experience was awesome. thank you Mr. Bhattacharya and his team🙏

athithi devo bhabha.. I guess the management takes this mantra seriously.. really happy with the diligence and effort taken by the team to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is excellently located very near to the Vishwanath Mandir And dwasaswamedh ghat.. rooms are big clean and airy.. no complains with cleanliness. a special mention about Mr Arup Bhattacharya, the owner ... he took special care that our trip was hassle free from all aspect. I will definitely recommend this hotel for stay at Varanasi.

The reason for 4 stars is just for the people there.The staff and especially S kumarji is a very humble and nice person. Otherwise the room is very average. Toilets are not at all clean. There were spider webs in the bathroom and room. The top speed of fan is 3. The price and the quality of room is not at all justified. But people there are very helpful and kind.

A Hidden Gem My recent stay at Hotel Samman in Varanasi was nothing short of delightful. The Samman made it incredibly easy to explore the city's iconic ghats and temples The staff was friendly, helpful, attentive truly enhanced my stay Overall, my experience at Hotel Samman was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Varanasi.

This hotel is exactly at Gowdolia chauraha. I stayed here for 1 day on 28th Feb'25. If you are traveling with family and need to stay somewhere close to Kashi Vishwanath temple then you can definitely check this hotel. For elderly people, do note that this is very crowded area and there is no lift available.

Staff are helpful and coperative, Location very near to crowded market, little difficult for elder people's to reach at 2nd & 3rd room without any Lift facility. Any how staff are managing all this inconvenience of customers by doing their best efforts.

The location is good near to dashashwamedh ghat and godowalia. Hotel rooms were clean and the staff was cooperative. Loved the stay and the hotel. Only disappointment was lack of lift as u have to climb using stairs which is a very tiring task.
