The Nine Inn

we had very bad experience in pur two night stay at this hotel. They were renovating their property so it was in no condition to accommodate guest still they accepted our booking. I spoke with the property owner few days before check in over phone, at that time he doesn't even mention the condition of his property. There were check in formalities done while checking in, they didn't even asked for our ID proofs. There was no water geyser in our room for hot water. They provided just one small bucket of hot water for each day, mostly we had to used the cold chilly water and to be noted it is winter time. The ac of the room didn't work throughout our stay, staff told their is some tecnical issue. Due to renovation work room were full pf dust and smelled like construction site.while chekc in the table and bed were very ditry full of dust. we told them after that they replaced the bed.Apart from all of this the worst part is there is to arrangemet of food in the property. There was no food being provided in the hotel. cook was on leave at that time. we have to tell them prior in the day then they will arrange some food from outside which in not up to the mark to the price they are charging for the food otherwise we had to go out to have our meal. Being it a very remote place there was no restaurant there nearby. we had to travel almost 5 to 6 km to get food. Very less options are available to travel to the restaurant. one day we have tp walk 5 kms. And that is even more dangerous in the night time regarding that I was traveling with my wife. we were in panic while getting food in the night time because we have to walk in pitch dark road in an unknown place and very few people are in the road and no locality nearby. overall we had a very bad experience with this hotel.

The place location in terms of the beach is excellent, right next to it. People can hear the wave's sound from their rooms as well. But the location from a transit is far away. No nearby markets, no nearby restaurants or cafeteria. The second thing that they need to improve is the food service, The food takes so long to arrive, we need to order 2 hours before and sometimes it may take beyond that, Food Quality is adequate, but the Service needs a lot of improvement. It was good.

Hotel room is good and sea water hit the room. It's a amazing feeling for me. So beach is in your door step. But food quality is not good as per the price. AC not available for 24 hours. Main sea beach is 4 km away from here. If you have won vehicle then there is no problem. otherwise it is too much costly.

Resort location is good. Food quality is moderate. Staffs are not friendly and delay in services. AC is not available for 24 hours and came to know about that after check in. It is to be unavailable for 6-9 a.m/p.m but real scenario is a bit different. Maintanence is poor.
