Except the food service staffs everything is poorly managed. a very very bad experience staying there. won't suggest anyone to stay there so much so that we checked out even before one day, planned to stay three days but checked out on second day itself. Location: 1) No direct access to sea, you have to walk a few distance opposite to reach the sea and that ambience of solitude you won't find there, it's no less than a kind of public place like Digha, you won't find that personal zone there that we are supposed to come here for. We didn't take bath there. 2) Location is at a market place full of crowd. Room: 1) Broken window pane. 2)Broken bathroom knob. 3) No night bulb 4) No toiletries(soap,hand wash,shampoo)provided. 5) Cupboard ceiling, mat flooring almost damaged, no renovation done since long it seems. Fooding: 1) Food overpriced according to the quantity. 2) You can't expect all foods in the menu. 3) Not sufficient salt and all foods are tasteless. you have to add salt and bite chilly to get taste. sweetness in all foods. And last but not the least they don't have online transaction facilities to pay your bills. They suggested me to go for an atm. now see is it possible at the time of check out!? Only the food service staffs are well behaved and good in their readiness to answer you.

I stay there and stay was fine there. Hotel is very good and very comfortable also. Its a value for money property. Service and ll are totally fine there. I had my food there and food was also good. Hotel is nice located. Nice amenities there. Hotel is very neat and clean.

Hotel owners behaviour is really good. And environment is really good. seabeach just 100 mitres from hotel. hotel's food cost is costly but beside the hotels, there have restaurants and there food quality is good. price reasonable. veg thali 50/- egg thali 65/-

It was a good experience. It was near to the beach and easily accessible. The staff was very cooperative. Services were all good. Rooms were good and secure to stay. Only the issue was that it was a little bit costly.

The location was convenient and just on the opposite side of the beach. The staff and the caretaker were very helpful. Services were ok. Food was good in taste. Rooms were ok but it was not maintained properly.

Staff behavior is too good and polite. But so many dogs in there. They all are shouting loudly at midnight 🤣. TV is not working. Experience is so so. Bengali recipes are good but chinese dishes are not good.

Room size Good but they have played very loud music from 3pm to 2am with alcohol openly with out any notice. never visit with any aged persons. no safety..come and stopped this nuisance.

Worst Hotel. They don't know the proper behaviour also. Fan sound is like Generator. Food is too much costly. Afterall don't book this hotel.
