We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cherapunjee thanks to San Nael La resort. The staff were courteous and helpful. The food was very good. And the best thing is that although we had forgotten one of our bags at the resort after checking out but thankfully, the staff were prompt to contact us. Very memorable experience.

The Property is very neat and clean and well maintained. The whole staff is very cooperative. The location is quite good. The rooms are very spacious. They are not good at preparing North indian cuisine. Their accommodation charges are at a higher side. Overall stay was just ok.

I just loved my stay at San Nael resort...very spacious rooms, spic and span...the dinner was very tasty..service was great..special mention to Rahul who was very sweet and helpful.. would definitely recommend and visit again!!
