It was one of my worst experience in life. Let me tell you in points: 1 out of 10 in food 3 out of 10 in electricity backup 0 for management 0 for room service 4 out of 10 for hot water 6 for cleanliness of bathroom -10 for behaviour Don't go there with family Its gps location says it is in Sam Dunes side area but actually it is situated outside which is 8 km from main area where all the facilities are available. At booking time they said that they will provide us free camel ride but if you dont have your own vehicle then you have to go in maruti type 2000 model car which is going to feel you so suffoxating. Only 1 bottle is provided to you for the whole day and after that u have to pay that **** 30 for each bottle. I personally suggesting you to not go there.. Please book another hotel or tent or anything but don't book this hotel.

Overall stay was just alright. Cultural program didn't seem to be very much authentic compared to other camp stays I had been earlier. 2500 per person was charged for new year eve which was expensive and not value for money at all. Please note - over and above the 2500 pp charges, hotel had a hiked price for peak season as well. Overall not value for money to visit Jaisalmer in peak season - choose another destinations like Udaipur etc if one of the days, happen to be diwali, new year etc

Worst Experience... Once you stay there... They start scanching money from your pocket... & you can't do much as you have to complete your holidays. Location is also not accurate. They have mentioned property is sand dunes... but 10 km before from sand dunes... even it's 2 km inside from highway. If you are going with family... near ever book this property.

Good camp near Sam dunes.I stayed for one night .Fabulous place ,beautiful n clean tent room with attached bathroom, polite staff, service was so good,food quality was good, made some spl local preparations on request were delicious. Enjoyed camel ride n jeep safari outside the camps on the dunes .must visit

Good experience . Camel safari, dinner and breakfast are part of the stay. Folk dance was a good and new experience. They are providing hot water as well. They provided pickup and airport drop for a comparitively cheaper rate on request.

Amazing camp and the tent which they provided was all good. Good staff, food was there in camp and quality was nice. Location was very convenient for me as I came with personal car and parking was also there.
