Well maintained and budget friendly hotel in a nice location. Check-in was hassle free and the staff were courteous and friendly. The room was clean and included the basic amenities. They have front parking only for 3-4 cars, so that can be a challenge on busy days. The only con is we did not get warm water for bathing early in the morning. We stayed for 2 days and overall it was a pleasant experience.

Hotel was nice, clean and well maintained rooms with hot water facility and parking facility. Location is also good with plenty of nice restaurant options within walking distance.Staff were really helpful. Overall had very Comfortable stay. Hotel is upto the mark in terms of hygiene. Check-in was hassle free and the staff were courteous and friendly. Stay was comfortable.

Room was clean and exactly like the one in the pictures. Staffs were friendly and the breakfast was worth for the money. Bathrooms were neat and clean. All amenities were provided in the room. Totally we had a wonderful stay and its one of the finest hotels to stay in Kochi with affordable rates.

The room was bit small just had minimum extra space. But the highlight is it was very clean. I couldn't check out on time had some delay though ive received call to vacate the room twice the staff was very nice didn't show any negative face. Over all I had a good experience.
