My stay at Sapphire World Hotel was unfortunately disappointing. The services and amenities provided do not justify the price charged. It felt overpriced for what was offered. While the location is somewhat accessible, it is not ideal or convenient for major attractions or facilities. The service was extremely poor. Staff appeared untrained and unresponsive to guest needs. The food quality was subpar, and the options were very limited. It did not meet basic expectations. The amenities were either unavailable or not maintained properly, making the stay uncomfortable. While some areas were reasonably clean, others were not up to standard, leaving a lot of room for improvement. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations. Significant improvements are needed in all areas to provide guests with a satisfactory stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to enhance the guest experience in the future.

Property was good but management is pathetic..There was no hot water kettle provided, no tea bag's as shown in room amenities. Blankets and bedspreads are used one.Late night party was going on in any of other room. Heavy noise from there.Complementary breakfast was pathetic. Only 2 options given (poha & paratha) in that we have to choose any one out of two.We chosen paratha. That also very less stuffing's & unhealthy. Worst ever experience.Since I'm from hotel & hospitality industry i can suggest hotelier that they have to improve much better.

Staff is too good and helpful but they are not maintaining room or provide anitimies like after two time I call then they provide bath towel, tap is breakable , basket is also breakable. there is not doormat full room getting wet after bath.Dustbin be also not available ,Exhaust fan not work. I ask him to bring hot tea and they provide in normal tea which is cold. Tap breakable Basket breakable Dustbin not available Exhaust fan not work Door maat or bathroom mat not available. Tea is not hot. Dustbin is also not available.

Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the small room... some might find it a little tight.. but it was okay for us. Really nice breakfast spread. Only downer is that there was a little musty or damp smell in our room. Just a little whenever we entered. Other than that it was great.

Staff, Stay, Room Service, Food ( very important ) all the checkpoints are covered well and up to the mark. Overall a great stay here. All the staff members are supportive and responsive. They have an excellent chef ( you will love their Indian food ) ..

Hotel Sapphire World exceeded my expectations with its impeccable service and comfortable rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would highly recommend Hotel Sapphire World for anyone visiting the area!

Amenities were not available, the room was so small considering the price, such a noisy place at night unable to sleep the whole night, location was also not good, overall below average experience with this stay

There is no dinner available, and I have booked with complimentary breakfast, that's in photo, geyser is not working,only good for those who comes for 2 hours.proper parking is also not available.

Overall a good experience, staff is good. Some issues were there related to keys and the room electronic card etc. Rest all fine.

Waited 1 hour for check in. Room was clean. No TV channels. Hotel is far away from sight seeing places. Food was delicious.
