Sapphire Inn Near Kainchi Dham

It is overall good experience but still it could have been more better if the hotel management wanted to provide us the same room which we booked. The main thing is, if you are booking they will provide you the room but there is no guarantee that it would be same as described. I have booked 2 rooms in advance and we were having this family trip, i expected rooms to be just next to each other but they have given separate rooms for which we need to walk to reach for our 2nd room that was making me little disappointed. Also, these rooms are not same as described, these rooms were the lowest rooms in property what i observed. I think they try to provide good rooms to the people who are coming directly to hotel so they show them a good room and ask for good amount whereas when we already paid they can give us anything what they want which was unexpectable. Both the rooms are still good thanks!!

This is the Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are very different from the pics shown. The Check in took very long. The Food was pathetic. 1st time I have seen that anything ordered in the room has 10% extra service charges on it. If you want to spoil your stay then only book this hotel

The bathroom condition is very bad. There is no water in the tapes of the washbasin, the geyser isn't working properly, and there is a foul smell all around. The exhaust isn't working. The breakfast timings are very late. It starts at 8:30 in the morning.

The hotel and staff are good but the maintenance of the hotel is not up to the mark. All bathroom tabs are not working properly. Mattresses are not comfortable. Bathroom flush also not working. Where is my reward?
