Sarovar Premiere Jaipur

Dear Team Sarovar, I would like to share my experience from my visit to your hotel last night. Overall, it was a nice experience, made particularly memorable by the excellent communication from the front desk team, especially Ankit Ji, who was very helpful. The human ethics and service provided made a significant difference during my stay. I believe that minor mistakes are part of the human experience; what truly matters is how well these are managed. The responsiveness of your team during the dinner service was commendable. We ordered corn fritters, but they had more chili flakes than expected. Regardless, the team's overall attitude was positive and accommodating, which is what we value. During both the night and morning buffet, Mr. Bheem provided wonderful service, impressively handling customers with a great demeanor. One suggestion I would like to make relates to your halwai section. I tasted the gulab jamun and moong halwa, but unfortunately, they were dry, and the gulab jamun tasted like it was made from a ready mixture. I believe hiring a local halwai could enhance the authenticity and quality of these dishes. Overall, the breakfast was very good, and while I did not experience the dinner menu, I have faith that it would meet a similar standard based on the breakfast offerings. One area for improvement is the attitude of the Bar F&B person. When we inquired about the offers, the response lacked a welcoming demeanor, which does not align with the hospitality spirit we expect.

Had such a comfortable stay at Sarovar Premier. The room was quite spacious and the staff were very courteous and prompt at everything. Felt very safe and taken care of. They also have a lovely pool though I didn't use it but it looked really nice.

Hotel was excellent. Very Fast room service. Someone in the review commented no hot water but totally wrong there is 24hour good Hot water. Breakfast was awesome. Room was quite large and new. One suggestion housekeeping should be improved a bit.

Outstanding hotel experience! From the friendly staff to the impeccably clean rooms and delicious food, every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. Highly recommend for a memorable and comfortable stay.
