The hotel is average,the service is very prompt with courteous approach,quality of food has been good. The hotel lacks in proper maintenance of civil as well as electrical items. door inside locking device has given its way due to loose fasteners,one bulb was also fused which I had to request for replacement.The T.V. was not working,on enquiring it was told that there is problem in receiving signal in all the rooms,where as I could see the cable TV was working in the office of reception. one can get morning tea only after 7.00AM. Since the hotel has no bar ,so if someone needs alcohol,he has to be ready to get though hotel staff by paying approx double of the price.

AC, Tv, Room Service , Hot water , Restaurant are available. Food is good clean. Staff is courteous and helpful. Jio , Airtel don't get network. Vodafone works fine.

Satpuda Resort is my first choice at CHIKHALDARA since last 25 years. Staff is very COPERATIV and food is also very nice. Choice to stay with family
