A Great Place To Stay For Tourists Visiting Kotdwar-Lansdowne. Though it is a bit far off from main Lansdowne (15 km), this place has good scenic views, thanks evergreen hills around and gushing river over which this resort is built. The resort is situated across the river from Kotdwar-Lansdowne road and so is accessible via a bridge. There are not many food stalls or shops around this place but the resort provides good food service both buffet and a-la-carte style. The place is more refreshing in the way that it is built in an open manner with sprawling layout, not like a hotel building which is enclosed and vertical. The rooms are clean and staff is professional. Parking is available as a rough patch across the river and the resort provides place for driver to stay (However, driver's food expenses are chargeable). There are lawns too in the place where children can play badminton or archery. Note: It's a good practice to call the place and clarify all the things beforehand so as to avoid later miscommunication and troubles. Safe And Clean Place To Stay With Great Scenic Views And Good Service.

My stay was pretty nice... quite, peaceful and relaxing. Food was tasty and really good. Excellent, prompt and polite service. There were also some sports that you and your children can enjoy such as badminton, archery and cricket. They provide you the necessary equipment also such as racquets, shuttles, bat, stumps etc. There is an open play area as well with swings and all. I opted for a Deluxe Room with Garden View (Room no 104) and it was good. Overall I am quite satisfied with my stay and I would definitely recommend this resort if you are looking for a break from your busy lives.

Overall Very good experience. Location, View, food and hotel staff is very supportive and welcoming. Property Manager Mr. Negi is pro-active about guest comfirts and planning the trip which is very nice. About rooms so though all front facing rooms are good but top floor rooms are very nice in outside view PoV as well as inside interior and space where I also stayed after upgrading at time of check-in

The hotel is located in a serene place , with small river flowing near by. Views from hotel and its surroundings are mesmerizing. Room service is great and food served is of amazing quality. Negi Ji is always there to guide you if you need help about anything. Also, Robin Ji and other supporting staff did tremendous job to make our stay memorable.

A Treat for those who are seeking a peaceful and a beautiful view. This resort in itself is an attraction, a tourist place. Everything about this property is perfect. Very generous and humble hotel staff, decent buffet breakfast spread, play area, lake side view, hotel rooms and amenities. A must visit place!!

The stay at SB Mount Resort was very pleasant. Its a very good getaway resort spend weekend with family. The staff was very well behaved and helpful. Food was delicious. Rooms were spacious and they maintain hygiene. Would absolutely recommend anyone.
