It was an average stay for me. Room is good & clean. But there were no amenities provided like soap, shampoo. (I think they will provide and as I checked in late night, I didn't get those) The room is so close to Renigunta railway station. It will take less than a minute to reach the hotel (by walk). People who are reaching Renigunta late night, can book this hotel, so that you can avoid bargaining the autowalas. SBS residency pros -Bang opposite Renigunta railway station. ..Very convenient if you coming by train from far at odd time. Cons- It's kind of a lodge ...Very basic in fact below basic ....Lift not working....No one to carry your luggage...Shabby interior s.....Not worth more than rs 500 for one day.....So Avoid if possible....

Location: SBS Residency is situated right at the Renigunta Junction (100 mts from railway auto stand). The distance from Tirumala to Tirupati Airport was 42 kms so we decided to spend the night close to airport. The hotel is at a distance of 6.4 kms from the airport and the cab charged us Rs.400 (Driver Basha was referred by hotel manager) Cost: We did a same day booking for 3 persons in Non-AC 4 bedded room which cost us Rs.800 via goibibo. Overall good hotel at low rates, only I feel it might be better if intercom facility will be made available. I had to go down every time for any extra demands which hotel staff had fulfilled. Thanksgiving. I had extended my stay for more 12 hours as per my train timings easily, definitely by paying extra 500 amount. The best part is location, easily visible from Renigunta Railway Station. Secondly hotel has kept staff who can very well talk in Hindi language.

Nice service with best price,it's not in tirupathi it's near not near exact behind to Reniganj Railway station ..!! Kindly change the address..!! rest all experience is nice. because we are going to Kalahasti so it's best location to stay & catch the train & all & one more thing who all coming from Kerala or Mangalore train starts from Same Reniganj station so it's good to take room to near by station ..!!
