Just one word : FANTASTIC I seriously don't know why it has beed rated as 3.8 stars it's too low for such a property. Will like to elaborate a bit : 1. Hospitality & room service : Very very prompt service at a single call to reception.They will take hardly 2-3 mins to reach in your room with demanded things. They won't delay like if you ask for water , pillow,towel etc. 2.Cleaniless : 10/10 , let it be room , let it be washroom , let it be a balcony , cleaniless was too good. 3.Location : 10/10 : This is the usp of hotel , try to book sea view , and request them to allot you a room on 4th or 5th floor and you will get experience of lifetime !! 4.Faclities and infrastructure: They don't have inhouse kitchen but they allow you to order from zomato swiggy ! so keep siwggying for cheaper food from big outlets. now coming to building ,it's old heritage parsic building but extremely well maintained . they have wooden antinque style sofa and chairs in rooms . Not fancy at all like you see in other hotels but trust me you will love every bit of your stay.

One of the best budget stays for families in the heart of Marine drive, Mumbai. A room with a sea view is worth every penny. Although the hotel does not have a dining facility apart from the pre-defined breakfast menu, there are plenty of food options from Swiggy and Zomato. The hotel does provide a cutlery facility for the online ordered food. The hotel provides extra cot with a mattress instead of only a mattress on the floor. Lastly, the bathroom and overall hygiene is maintained up to the mark. Hygiene, room size and extra cot.

Our stay in Hotel is very pleasant. USP of the hotel is Size of Room, Washroom and view of sea from Room. Hotel staff is very generous and active. Though it does not provide its own lunch/dinner but u can order it through nearby good hotel and they will provide cutlery to you. Small kitchen is there which provides you tea/coffee on demand. Size of room and sea view is really unmatched specially when you are in Mumbai. Good atmosphere for family and good service by staff.

First of all, I'd like to apologize to the hotel staff, especially to Paul, as I had to disturb him in the middle of the night upon our arrival. We received wonderful hospitality from all the staff. They all showed great kindness and were amazing in guiding us. I can’t thank Paul, Benjamin, and Gijin enough for their help! You can confidently choose this hotel if you want to enjoy a sea view from the balcony.

Sea from Room is soothing and mesmerizing. Hotel building is of 1980's and gives essence of Bombay in Mumbai (Few people will understand this) Its safe place with reasonable rates at Marine Drive. Services are good. only draw back is only breakfast is available in Menu. For Lunch and Dinner you to order online or go out. Near to my offic

Excellent location with a superb view of marine drive. You do not need to go outside . Just the hotel needs a little renovation and lunch and dinner needs to be made available. Though they provide cutleries for ordered online foods. Highly recommended for its location.

I have stayed this property 2-3 times. Best thing about the hotel is its location. You can enjoy Marine Drive from Balcony of the hotel. A lot of good restaurants are nearby.
