Sethi Grand Hotel

the experience was quite bad. we reached at 11 pm in the night and straightaway wanted to sleep as we were very tired. the rooms have no sound proofing; we could hear loud music until 2 am in the morning coming from adjacent rooms and the banquet hall below. also, the pantry boys were shouting in the alley to get the food to different rooms at midnight!! in the morning we had to leave at 5 am and there was no hot water. at the time of checkout the staff wanted to charge us for water bottles and i had to push back.

it was a wonderful experience staying here in sethi grand. the property was new and rooms and the premises were very clean. food was arranged which awesome and sufficient in quantities at an affordable price. staff behaviour was excellent. spacious and have adequate car parking facilities. the only drawback is the location which was not automatically detected by ola. it's in the midst of industrial area and for first timers it was a bit difficult to locate. overall it was a pleasant stay at a reasonable cost

Very bad hotel. No proper service. The bed metres was with hard plastic and I requested them to remove that but they told me that they don't have permission to do that. Mosquito everywhere in the room as well as in washroom.

sethi grand is a nice neat and clean hotel. rooms r new only pblm is the location so many trucks parked near to the hotel.
