Pros:Home away from home. Safe stay with family. Vehicle parking is available. The restaurant serves good quality food with pub and Disc. Rooms are full of amenities and a good supply of hot water for basin and shower. Polite staff and good service.The location is right on the NH16 highway, easy to locate.Cons:Location is very remoteCurrently, renovation going on so dust is outside, but rooms are very clean.Food is a bit expensive but compensates for quality and quantity.check-in and check-out are at 12 pm, so may have to wait for early check-ins for rooms to be available.Power outage switches of water supply in the rooms, a bit weird.Verdict:Recommended for decent stay and good food and sleep.The best option if no hotel is available in the Kharagpur city limitsIf you do not have private transport then better to avoid due to very few public travel options.Our stay was peaceful and restful.

Rooms great but maintenance poor. Bathroom, main door latches onto my do not close. Very bad location. Room service does not respond very often. I had booked for 3 days but stayed for 2days because they had some maintenance issues and shifted me to another hotel for the first day. Food exorbitantly priced but hygienic. There is a bar downstairs and sound of orchestra resonates on first floor late into the night

Stay was pleasant, below are reviews -room quality and hygiene was good -toiletries and other necessities were available -washroom were neat and clean -food quality was good though items seems to be a bit overpriced -hotel located on highway and a bit outside the center of the city and railway station. Room was good. Food is best in KGP. Support staff are very co-operative and special mention to Ms. Jayeeka at front desk for her extended help. Commendable job by the support staff under this restricted conditions. No fuss attitude, cleanliness, comfort and food. I am looking forward to visit here in next trips.

Cost Room Only two items for Breakfast No soundproof No hand sanitizer inside bathroom Overall very poor experience especially when they charges exorbitant rate. The room rent shouldn't be more than 1200 to 1500

nice hotel to stay for short duration. rooms are good though my bathroom's drainage system was a bit clogged and door lock was jammed. Food is bit overpriced. overall an avg to good experience.
