very poor experience... There was no hospitality.. they treat us very badly.. they provided us one room which has locking problem.. when we close the door it was not working properly at the time when we try to close the door the handle of the lock came into our hand .. Then they told us you have to pay for it and the amount was 2500 .. we make them understand that it is not our falt.. it was not intentionally but accidentally happened because of the lock was not work properly.. but they don't listen to us and at the end we have pay the amount 2500..after they gave us permission to enter into the room... otherwise they told us if you have not pay the amount we are not allowed you into the room.. Very much disappointed..

it was a very good experience while they welcomed us very kindly with good gesture , everything was nice on the room , a attached washroom inside and all the things were maintained very well . Although we found some red stains on the window curtain and bedsheet which was possibly of sindoor felled on it , beside it was all good 👍😊. we ordered a double cheese margerita pizza of rs 400 with taxes which was not as good as we expected which I would not suggest for other beside everything was fine . if someone is willing to stay at this place at low budget , it would be a good experience to you so go for it ...😊 nice

I gave four star because of captain, the boy who responses every time with a big smile. my room was changed by the manager but room was good. neet and clean, host behaviour very polite. food was also good. The guesthouse one kilometer from namchi bazar but there is another way to reach namchi bazaar from the house. cons is I did not get comod (western) in bathroom.
