We stayed at this villa for 3 nights and it was one of the most memorable and homely stay I ever had. Goa felt more beautiful because of the comfortable atmosphere here. The room was very clean and spacious and the location of the villa is on point. You should also try out everything on the menu if you are really looking out for authentic home made Goan cuisine. Great and wonderful hospitality by Mr. Simon and his family :) Lastly to mention I had forgotten my jacket at a restaurant in Candolim and had already handed over my bike as I was supposed to return back that day. Mr Simon personally took me to the restaurant and made sure that I got my jacket back. Lovely place to stay with family. Would love to come back for sure.

What worked: You get what you pay. spacious room, chilling ac, neat bathrooms, clean sanitary ware, friendly hosts, separate entrance if you are coming late at night. Location is perfect.32 inch TV which actually had some decent channels to watch. The downside: Bed wasn't great. Blankets not provided by default - it would have been awkward to knock on the hosts door late at night for the same. No enclosed parking. Was asked to deposit one of the I cards which I flatly refused to do (they might have some reasons for it) No breakfast as part of cost so you have to pay if you want that.

its walkable distance from baga beach basically a house which is extended above with rooms..nothng so called as room service not even a bell to call one...food in the menu is so expensive that you will prefer eating at the shacks...plus the rules are so strict and the owners are not very friendly they wont welcome you with the warmth....not a great view to have a balcony we never even opened it you cannot view the sea...one of the two rooms was very shady....not recommended unles you group of male frds who want a cheap accomodation then its fine....else pls find a better place

The best part of this hotel was it's location and the Host. The host was really good to us and food provided was very tasty. The room was clean and had hot water supply. It's 2 mints walking distance from Baga Beach. I would love to stay again at this hotel on my next trip. Though it was little costly but then again nothing is cheap in Goa.

I checked out within 3 hrs inspite of having booked it for 4 days. It's a dingy place. wouldn't recommend to anyone. The location is good but is being wasted. Badly lit, and poorly ventilated.
