shelter guest house was super clean when we arrived. they do rountine cleaning every two days. the host alistair is very polite, friendly and thorough with house keeping. the rooms are big and have utilities and space for storage. the toilets are clean and functional. this hotel is on the main road walking distance from the beach and is in the center of the shopping area of candolim. everything is at walking distance including the super market. the location is good the vibe is good and safe! especially for women traveling alone! breakfast available at his resteraunt cashew is also good. my husband and i had a very comfortable stay!

Average good budget hotel situated on main road They was delay in checkin no food is provided by hotel but there are many restaurent below so that is not a problem blanket provided was not covered with respect to price and location over all good easy to access market and beach at walking distance room was specoius

Place is good . Next to fishermen Cave and 5 minute distance from Condolim beach. Owner is very supportive. Care taker Shanker is good guy , you just need make sure that he is doing his work ( cleaning ) on time because he forgots. We stayed for 3 days in total . Recommended this for couple and small families.

Its walkable distance to candolim beach. Maintained well. Breakfast is good. No reception and telephone intercom. Old TV . Fridge , AC available . Balcony is there for good time to spend. Got it for 1k in an offer. Worth the money.

the caretaker shankar was very polite and helpful.. the property was at the best location, if you are looking near Candolim beach. it's almost walking distance to the beach. At this price the guest house is very good .

The stay was extremely good. Very big room and bathroom. Cleaned well. Had a balcony view to the road. The owner, Mr. Alaistair is a gem of a person.. Highly recommended if you are in North Goa.
