The hotel is overpriced for its facilities.The rooms are good but are not well maintained.The main shower and the hand shower both were broken.The staff is good and well behaved.They have good food but it is also overpriced for its quality.They deny to serve the combos so that you are bound to order the chapati and vegetables at a higher cost.They say their menu has been revised when you tell them the cost written on the menu is lesser.No access given to the pool as it was not maintained as of now.Rooms were clean and staff was cooperative.

The service is really good, food is also great, do must stay here when visit neemrana. Karam is one of the staff members who treated us well. highly recommended!!

Worst hotel and worst staff all the rooms have issues . Some have non working ac, some have no working fridge and rest have broken bathtubs.
