location: just on the beach but the high tide line is a bit far from shore at this place.the property: the property is high rise and congested. swimming pool is great but small compared to the guests. if a male group of 4 is inside the pool start drinking, i am sure family and ladies will find them over the shoulder. beach side seating area and cafe is very good.rooms: lots of rooms and of three types. i stayed in the best. sea facing super deluxe. specious with a big sofa and a large balcony the room is nicely decorated and lit. with bathtub and geyser the washroom is ok. there is a see through glass wall between the bed and bathroom.service: service is great. enough service personnel and good walky talky coordination among them. food is served in the room promptly. food is also served in the garden and anywhere in the compound.games room: not usefull.overall great stay.

We have stayed in 3 nos of room in Sher Bengal Beach Resort, Mandarmoni. 2 nos of cottage (107 & 108) & 1 no of Premium sea-facing room no 1006. It was a wonderful experience. But there were some issues we have faced in room no 1006, which are not negligible. Due to continued water leakage from back side of AC, the bathroom floor is always watery, and the bathroom curtain was not working. Bucket and mug also not properly cleared. Other than this, location wise, it's a great property. Staff behavior is excellent. They're very humble & cooperative. Service is excellent. Food quality is awesome & quantity is more than enough. Pool is also very well maintained. Overall it's a great experience.

Location good. Easy beach access. Except cottage rooms most of the rooms have sea view(either front facing or side facing). Huge on-premise parking space. Spacious rooms. Good room amenities. Good for children as plenty of playing options are there. Swimming pool very good. Staff behavior very good. Even in the rush time their service quality was never below the mark. Food optiond, quality and quality were very good. In future if I visit Mandarmani again I will for sure consider this property.

everything was great, start from check in to the room. it was clean, well maintained, food was quite good as well. we had food outside by the sea both nights and soumiron who was assigned to us was really helpful. The breakfast deserves a mention. quite good spread starting from cereals, breads, to south indian to Puri etc. their service makes the difference from all the other place that might look fancy but cannot compete with the service

This is one of the best stays I have ever booked! Sher Bengal offers excellent service with supreme quality food! Mr Swapan, who took care of us at the property was extremely well behaved and quick. We took our pet to the property and they all behaved so well! All the staff are well trained and excellent at their job! Will surely visit again.

Overall great service! Great resort! Two drawbacks sometimes a bad smell comes and goes of rotten fish. Everyone complained but as per hotel staffs the smell is from passing ship on sea! Another one we havent offered any welcome drinks by hotel during arrival Rest all fine

Overall, a very pleasant experience. It lives up to its beach side as well as pet friendly tag. Very courteous staff. Rooms were neat and clean. There was a minor issue with our room so we got an upgrade with no extra cost. Food quality decent.

best resort in mandarmani. Food, service, swimming pool and specially the sea facing room. In night there is karaoke. Just one thing which we didn't like is they knock the door to ask for lunch dinner order. trying doing this by calling.
