Shinjini Resort

The resort is beautiful and well maintained from the outside and the swimming pool and garden area is huge and spacious. The overall ambience is very nice, clean and hygienic. Pool is 100% clean. Only some bathroom fittings need improvement and some room ambience needs latest updates which they have confirmed would be started from Feb'25 on the floor by floor basis. And after the required changes it would be the best resort in Mandarmani to stay near the main sea beach and market place (Only 100 meters from the resort). Food quality is good and only needs some change in the complimentary breakfast option where 1 day we had the puri sabji, boiled egg, bread with butter toast and jam with tea was served and that it was very good but the 2nd day they served naan which was very hard to chew, whereas they should provide puri on the daily basis as per my observation. The children's play area includes 1 slide, 1 swing and 1 up and down swing. But I was glad staying there if I ignored some little points which I have mentioned above (which is not very much bothering me) and would also recommend staying because the entire staff behaviour was very much prompt and appreciated. And the manager Mr. Santanu was the most impressive and very friendly person for me and he has resolved my room related issues quickly (Gyser was not working properly). I would surely love to stay at this resort in future without any hesitation.

Dear Team, I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at Shinjini Resort, Mandarmani, which I booked through your platform. Unfortunately, there were several issues that impacted the quality of my stay:1. AC Not Functioning Properly: In room 115, the air conditioning system was not working efficiently. Despite repeated complaints, no resolution was provided, making the room uncomfortable, especially during hot weather.2. Lack of Elevator: At the time of booking, it was clearly mentioned that the hotel had an elevator or lift. However, upon arrival, we discovered that there was no lift available. This caused inconvenience to several senior guests who had to repeatedly climb up and down the stairs.3. Broken Toilet Seat: The commode seat in one of the bathrooms was broken, which created a very unpleasant experience.4. Delayed Check-In and Unpleasant Room Condition: The check-in process was delayed by almost an hour. Additionally, one of the rooms allocated to us had a strong cigarette smell, which was not acceptable upon check-in.These issues significantly affected my stay, and I believe they should be addressed to maintain the quality of service expected from properties listed on your platform. I request an appropriate resolution, including a partial refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused.Looking forward to prompt resolution on this matter.

my experience at shinjini was a mix of highs and lows. for a resort that looks so promising from the outside, it is disappointing that the interior does not match up to the same standards. the resort's amenities, such as the pool and dining area, are appealing. however, the rooms had several issues.the blanket cover on the bed was torn, the air conditioning unit struggled to keep up with the heat & produced a constant noise throughout the night. additionally, the bathroom was in poor shape. dining options were varied, some meals were delicious, but the complementary breakfast menu offered very limited choices. though the manager & staff were generally friendly, their professionalism was inconsistent. while the location of the resort might be convenient, these issues need to be addressed to enhance the guest experience.

Shinjini Resort was good enough to spend our weekend in a family friendly environment. No unnecessary harassment or disturbance. The staffs were also humble and they gave a promising service. This resort has a in house restaurant with reasonable price and great taste. Shinjini is 2mins away from the main Mandarmani Beach. No room has see view but it is okay since it has a great pool view. Safe environment in a place like mandarmani
