even after proper booking and payment the hotel manager of Shyam deluxe was asking for a different amount of Rs 300 extra to give a room, when I called he refused to talk to them and said all rooms are full. the very unethical and poor practice adopted by this manager and hotelier. even after booking and payment, you won't be sure that your room is booked ...so pls think before booking the room

Avarage room available, small washroom. no availability of hot water in the bathroom. you need to call reception for that. staff is supportive.
