The stay was descent. But things that were not good was there was no remote for AC. I called the reception twice but no one came up to deliver the remote. The bedsheet & blanket had stains on it. The mug was broken in the bathroom. The bathroom was also stained which looked unhygienic. Not even 1 complimentary water bottle was provided in the room. Average

worst experience. room service was very bad. room,toilet everything was dirty. lock of the room was broken and when i asked to change the room the manager didn't respond well and told me to adjust with the same. I never recommend anyone to stay at Hotel simran pride. it was a terrible experience

Hotel is good, location is very very good as it is in center of raipur. You can go easily anywhere from this hotel. Quality of breakfast was not good at all that's why i rated 3 star else everything is good. Great business partner goibibo with simran pride
