Pros: 1) Rooms are old but spacious. 2) Maintained clean and tidy 3) Courteous staff. Cons: 1) Staff ring the bell and before you open the door they will rush inside. 2)The room service food was delivered without covering the dishes. 3) They won't get the bills signed by customer and you can't remember what you had during checkout. Couple of times it happened like the items were not delivered but found in bill. 4) If you book vehicle from them they will charge commercial rates but its running with white board which is completely illegal. 5) They charge ₹42 for a ₹20 water bottle.

Best Heritage property in this area, I must say from Varanasi to Rewa , will not find the hotel like this, swimming pool with Jacuzzi, Steam & Sauna Bath...........Really hats off to staffs also. They pamper their guest like a kid. Even iam recommending to all who ever coming to Singrauli or waidhan , please do not forget to stay here. and the Kanchan Mahal Restaurant serve the delicious food. Specially Chicken Shahi andaj and Maha raja Chicken. Simply Wow....

The worst class of service, we supposed to wait for 40 minutes to take the bill and check out process, they don't have sufficient power back up to take print out. people are completely confused. Room service is very poor, asked for slippers in night and 8 times call, finally we able to get the same. swimming pool was not working, germs were swimming in swimming pool. Breakfast was not like that the charge they are taking.

Old Palace is renovated into hotel , Rooms are good and clean , Service need to be improved a lot, Service people / Waiters need to be educated for good Hotel standards. Food quality is good but there is scope of improvement for. Overall Recommend for Stay.

Good location. Heritage site but not very well maintained. Staff is not very skilled. Room upgrade is very costly. Decene sized rooms and decent breakfast. Cant expect much considering the place. Not sure with other hotels in this area.

Good Hotel to stay. Can feel the palace heritage vibs. Food is tasty and if you are fan of Indian Coffee House then it is also just besides this property. Overall good experience.

The hotel is good but I think they have separate rules for customers. rooms are differ bedsheets are very thin even blanket looks used one. no dental kits given
