Although the property is located in quite place and surrounded by lush green, the Hotel is a old property and is under renovation. Hence, there was lot of issues in the rooms. 1. Flush not working in the washroom. 2. The washbasin was leaking and water was spilling all over. 3. Bedroom plug point switches not working as the dressing table. 4. The bedroom to balcony door lock was broken. Hotel staff did n't fixed it after following up with them. 5. The resort's restaurant was n't operational although the resort Ad photo shows it which is misleading. Nearest eatery is 2km away from the resort and hence you need to step out for 2 kms to eat every meal. So, it's not worth the price I had paid for the rooms.

SJK Residency in Yercaud is not at all value for money. While the rooms are spacious, they are not well maintained. The breakfast spread is extremely limited and disappointing. Wi-Fi is weak and unreliable, making it difficult for even basic browsing. There’s a clear lack of supportive or attentive staff, which affects the overall experience. The location is decent, but that alone doesn’t justify the price. Overall, the property falls short in almost every key aspect of hospitality and comfort. Not recommended for those expecting even a standard level of service or comfort

It was a excellent service from the manager and employees of SJN greenberry resort. They are really very friendly and most wonderful thing is they are so so responsible, we stucked at in the resort in cyclone and in heavy rain in those time also they are so responsible and very kindful . And the place was very neat and clean with powerbackup. I really enjoyed their, this resort is safe and secure for family & Couples .

we stayed at sjk green berry resort for 2 days, and it was truly a wonderful experience. the environment is amazing—peaceful and refreshing—and the staff were incredibly cordial and welcoming. it really made our trip a memorable one. especially that play area for kids n tennis court for parents. thank you, sjk team renjith, for your warm hospitality!

The property is near the coffee estate and a lot of view points are nearby. The staff are genuinely helping and supportive. Specially Mr Ranjeet and the help boy. Also the cook .. hats off to the mesmerizing breakfast and so delicious dinner they prepared for us. It is definitely a perfect place to stay with all the required amenities.

It's a decent stay. Had a really nice time. The room is spacious and clean. indoor and outdoor games are fun. big sitout area is additional treat. Negative feedback: Few amenities like TV and charging port will not work. 2 km far from the main area. No nearby shops.

We had a pleasant stay with the family. Manager Mr.Renjit gave us good service. An added advantage is that kids have a small play area. We were lucky to spot a few bison early in the morning from the balcony. Old property and needs an upgrade in the room.
