Satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The Manager named Amit is a very nice and humble person. Never felt outside home, staying at a hotel. Only one thing needs to improvement. That is the painting of the room. It needs fresh painting.

Very poor service . We book 2 rooms and we call theme they don't pickup call and off bell of the hotel and after tell that they give the booked room someone.

i didn't get to stay in the hotel i booked because they told me all the rooms were fully booked, later they shifted me to another nearby property.

mujhe Stay karne nahi diya.. bola k Darjeeling district se hun is liye Stay nahi hoga.. or Mera paysa v nahi diya return.. very Bad
