Disgusting stay Dirty Smelly and unacceptable I am absolutely appalled by the condition of this service apartment. From the moment I walked in, I was hit with a horrible, musty smell that made the entire stay unbearable. The bedsheets were stained and had a foul odor, as if they hadn’t been washed properly. The towels provided were dirty—some even had visible stains—which is completely unacceptable for a paid accommodation. The room itself was nasty, with dust, grime, and an overall lack of cleanliness. It’s clear that basic hygiene standards are being ignored. For the price paid, I expected at least a clean and sanitary environment, but this was far from it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually cares about cleanliness and guest comfort. A complete disappointment!

Pleasant, friendly & comfortable stay!! One of the best service apartment in Kochi.. The apartment was spacious, bright and allows a lot of sunlight to enter on daytime. It is fully equipped, clean and well maintained!! The host is such a nice guy...The maintenance and services provided are really good.. Anything in need he is always there to help.. The best thing is this apartment has serene atmosphere which makes the stay further pleasant... Recommendable

The stay was ok but the shower and the pipe inside the bathroom was not at all working it's damaged. Informed this to the front desk thinking they will give another room rather than that they came and checked and told me to adjust. I don't think this a right kind of experience that we expect from a room. its very disappointing. Why I am acknowledging this is because they have other empty rooms and they can easily provide me another room.

Finding the location and parking is horrible, no cleaning, TV doesn't work. Other than that accommodation is ok
