I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. After checking in, they repeatedly threatened to throw our luggage out and asked us to vacate the room before the actual checkout time. They insisted that we shouldn’t have booked online and claimed that if we had booked offline, they could have offered better treatment or compensation. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and created a very uncomfortable and stressful environment during our stay. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious when booking this hotel. Basic hospitality, courtesy, and professionalism were completely missing.

Never for families. It was not at all maintained Bad service Bed and blanket was very dirty, unhygienic and smelling badly , having bugs in the bed unable to sleep whole night TV without channels to watch only news or free channels that's too few are there with worst sound as TV was faulty

Very nice place to stay near Bagdogra Airport. Professional behavious from Staffs there. Just a bad-luck happened when we checked-in that the class of room that we booked and got allocated was having a Faulty Regulator for Fan.

very dirty, hotel owners behavior also really bad, I would definitely recommend to avoid this hotel at all costs, reception person is gentle. though... but the owner, is extremely uncooperative and rude
