SPOT ON Cherish Guest House

It was a very bad experience for me that after booking and completing the payment through online payment mode.The hotel was trying to charge an extra fee from me and even the bad thing about the stay was when I tried to call customer support they are just I am extremely sorry sir we can't do anything other than sorry. After traveling 2-4 kilometres from Hatia station this was an experience I faced. no customer support, nor any settlement instantly they were behaving like we' ll arrange something after 2 hours.what will you do at that time of period. But lastly it depends on you how you communicate with the hotel staff and make him understood that you are in problem. i don't know what was the problem with the Hotel. At last they were ready to accept our request for check in and one more thing that the non ac room was in unexceptional bad condition no Tv no clearness ,no sanitization.

pathetic, room full of cockroaches and mosquito, bed sheets and pillow in horrible condition, walls are moist, no tv, no mosquito repellent. no room service, i asked for a blanket it was given after multiple reminders after 12 hours of check in. no one at the reception. bathroom in terrible condition with foul smell.

The bed too hard to sleep, we will hv sleepless night in this property. even the pastic of the mattress was not removed to keep it always new ,how someone can sleep on the plastic.,its like a cheap mattres that too the owner wants to keep it new always..without bothering about the confort of the customer.

Guest House is very ordinary but OK for one night stay. Don't take this guest house if you have to take a flight from the Ranchi airport because it is situated at the backside of the airport.
