I have stayed in this hotel for more than 20 times from last few years.Hotel is ok type and i suggest this hotel is just for transit stay.I do not suggest this hotel for families with kids as there is nothing interesting. From my past few visits i noticed that this hotel attract group tourists booking.For example schools and college tour booking.Most of them are from Kerela.These groups are in 50-100 people and they make huge noise all over the night and spoil other guests patience.I really DO NOT suggest for a family to stay in this hotel. Cleanliness is not at all taken care.I give 2/10. No restaurant in the campus and this hotel is in the outskirts of Mysore.One should go out for food. Family people should think twice. A group of boys can really enjoy partying all night with a budget accommodation.

The hotel is a really good place to spend the night when you are looking to take a break during the travel. The location of the hotel makes it convenient to resume your journey without much hassles. The staff are really courteous and will go out of their ways to get you things you need. They are always available on call to cater to your needs. One thing i found troublesome is mosquitoes in one of the rooms i booked. The mosquito net needs to be fixed for the windows and in the washroom. Other than that, the room was spacious, tidy and value for money. The had also provided us with a free upgrade to a suite room when AC in one of the rooms didnt work. It was a nice experience overall.

One of the worst places with zero amenities like towels or soap or any cleanliness, dirty bedsheets, old ACs, the rain water was falling inside the room eve n though the windows were closed and the worst part, someone started banging the door like crazy around 5.30-6 in the morning and we actually thought the hotel must be raided or there's some earthquake, but he was banging so many times to ask for coffee.

It served the purpose. We had our own car and decided to stay away from city which in turn give us better value for money. It did. We had our food in city and used the hotel only for night stay and morning ablution. Place was safe, noise free and decent. May be I rate it less on cleanliness.

ok for night stay. the hotel is situated outside the city ring road. sufficient place for car park. hotels for food and atm is available close by. but mosquitos are more so if you book ac room then it is ok.

Not recommended for family or couples. Dusty rooms. Noicy fan. Room service was ok. Suitable for boys who travelling in group. The only good thing is the location. It is adjacent to the highway.

Attitude of owner and staff very irresponsible and in considerate I would suggest you to stay out on the road rather then getting here this hotel it's total waste ..worst experience ever ....

Spacious rooms but bathrooms are not clean. Very old window ac doesn't cool fast. Restaurant not available. Cooking space available for group tours. Away from city make difficult.

For a night halt enroute, a good stop over. Food is brought from outside, needs to improve. Quite tasteless. Service staff very courteous and helpful.
