the property is very good. its in the main area. very calm. maintained it very well. cleanliness is good. rooms are good, neat, centralised ac is good. family friendly. 2 points i would like to highlight 1. quality of complementary breakfast can be improved. 2. the reception experience can be better. no one is helping us to carry our luggage to our room, even during check in and during check out. also, the hesitation is very high from the reception when we received something in the reception and sending it into the room.

worwt experience.. strong ciggerate smell in the room.. there were alcohol covers in the table drawer.. I wonder if the room was ever cleaned.. we asked for duvet for extra bed. The response was that there are fewer employees so they cannot wash an extra duvet. we asked if they can atleast give an extra sheet. they said they donot have spare clean sheets. so we should just tolerate the cold and sleep. it is unbelievable that a hotel with so many rooms do not have an extra bed sheet.

hotel is located in prime area and easily accessible , and the cost of hotel in that city is quite very high . no breakfast is served for this cost.. where as the same pricing hotels in other cities serves breakfast . the main drawback of the hotel is that they don't provide hot water services. its embarassing . so please rectify the following errors , so you people can get repeated customers . thank you

Though the hotel looks grand with amenities, hospitality is not good and also not transparent with additional room charges. Need more improvement in terms of customer friendliness and transparency.

Good hotel with clean rooms, but pricing is expensive. Room service and reception were good, no hotel here, have to get food outside only. Over all good.

the entrance to the hotel is uneven and sometimes blocked by wrongly parked vehicles...just level the clay road to the main entrance regards murugan.
