A very bad experience..bed rolls were dirty, moreover the manager wasn't ready to give room for the tariff for which we booked, he was arguing that this very low fare u booked we can't give room on this tariff.. i have to wait with family for 30 mints...location was also confusing we had to get two taxis as the location was showing somewhere other place.

the rooms were very clean and neat.good water,geyser and ac facility.they also provided a water bottle and drinking facility.its very safe and secure for families and also couples!well mannered staff behaviour! happy to stay!

one of the worst hotel in my experience. Till now the issue didn't solved. Sai regency cross road only one hour stayed and checked out because of worst room condition. Till now I did not received my money back
