Srikrishna Paradise Hotel, Thane Navi Mumbai

Dont book this room for wedding preparations. The groom (Me) and the bride had to literally touch the feet of receptionist to allow the make up artists and cameramen to go inside the room.We had booked two executive rooms and yet they we asking us to book total number of rooms equal to number of people divided by 2. We had 6 cameramen and 4 makeup artists , me and my fiancee, and few of my relatives who would just come for make up and go to venue. They did not allow at all. I've been to many hotels where make up artists and cameramen are not asked to check in and pay for extra room even when they were just there for a few hours during wedding preparations. Finally the bride had to come down with half the makeup on her face and literally cry and touch the feet of the receptionist and even then he confirms harassing us! After that we asked him to let us speak to the owner. He was not ready for even that. Somehow we talked to the owner and he allowed the camera crew to go to the room. That receptionist should be fired right away. He does not have empathy even towards a girl who is going to get married and he even probably would have a daughter of the same age. Please only book this room only if you want to get harrassed by the receptionist on your wedding day. We literally were about to cry because the wedding venue was ready and we did not have enough time to book and shift to a new hotel. Even then I'd like to thank the owner of the hotel for being an empathetic person and atleast listening to us. Sorry but your hotel is very good but the receptionist just needs to be fired!

This hotel is located close to Thane railway station (just 15 min drive). It's right next to the main road, which makes it easier for tourists incase of public transport. Good parking facility that can easily host upto 10-15 vehicles. Rooms are pretty clean & neat. The bed is comfy (not too soft & not too hard). All necessary amenities like hot water, tv, lift, kettles etc. are available. Fridge is the only essential amenity missing in the room. Other disadvantage is that there is no breakfast spot nearby. So when you book this hotel, please make sure you book with breakfast. The breakfast is extremely tasty & filling, so don't think twice about it. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that forced me to extend my stay in the same room. Room service is also good.

The stay at Srikrishna Paradise was really awesome and more than I expected. The location was quite great and is at a walking distance from Capgemini Knowledge Park. The transportation to other parts of Mumbai and Navi Mumbai is very good as you'll be getting continuous buses, auto rickshaws throughout the day. The staff were really polite and humble. Dighe railway station is at around 200-300 metres away although it's yet not functional but will be ready in next few months. The breakfast was included in the booking and was really awesome. It's completely worth spending your hard earned money to stay at this property. The nice and comfortable stay alongwith the breakfast.
