1. Food restaurant or Shop in 2.3kms distance (Yercaud Lake). No facility nearby this resort. The receptionist tells us you can walk along and Ate. (Note: 2.3Kms)2. We've booked 3 Adults rooms. But they give us only 2 pillows. 3. The places are very chill, but the room heater is not there.4. Snails are living long so many in the Bathroom5. Receptionist or Help assist not there always6. Room image in Booking and Reality are totally different.Finally the very worst trip due to this
