First of all they are doing fraudulent business. After reaching on for Checkin the reception guy is not aware of anything. He has to call to Owner for confirmation. On call told we can't provide AC room. Have to pay extra for AC room. it was mentioned AC room. But not willing to give the same. Ground floor room which is poorly maintained. Dirty smell bathroom, cockroaches roaming around all over area. Beds are not clean. It can't be tell as hotel, must have called dormitory or dhrmasala. Even dormitory are far better.

The 2 rooms which I have booked are totally different and the hot water is not at all there in both washrooms. And AC is not working in one of the rooms. Hygiene issues are there like cockroaches in the washroom and dirty mats etc., Night drinking at the entrance of the hotel is too bad when we are with family and the room is very near to it. There will be no water bottles at all, We have to go outside and purchase.

i have been staying in different properties the last 3 months. and this is one place i found very comfortable with. some areas where the team could manage better is to ensure that the rooms are ready before we come over for the stay. else it was smooth. good privacy. a small space in the front of the property adds the experience better. it’s affordable and convenient for those near perungudi, omr, ecr.. 😊

The property has 2 lines of business. Ground floor is allocated for online platforms.The 1st floor is a different line of business and has newly built rooms. pics of the 1st floor are provided for the property are different. Varun, who was the facility manager was however kind enough to accept my cancelation request. 1 additional star just for him.Rooms is not maintained. Sheets are dirty.
