It's a great hotel and located in a very peaceful environment in Lachen. We had stayed for one night and every staff and the restaurant staff , everyone was helpful and kind to us. The theme of the hotel is exceptional and the room is again very much impressive and the washroom too. All the amenities are available. The view from our hotel is very much lovely and we could see clouds from our window and the valley view is also very lovely when we come outside of our room. However one of the thing which we felt like to share is that , the next day in morning we had to check out and hotel staff and restaurant said that we should have a light breakfast in the morning as we were going to Gurudongmar Lake. We knew this already and we had thought to have breakfast after visiting and exploring the magnificent lake. So the breakfast costed around 300rs per person and the quantity which was given by the restaurant was really less , for one person (300rs) - small sandwich , fruity and a mini oreo pack was given. I think it's way too less quantity and if we knew that in 300rs we would get this then I would definitely prefer to purchase the same buscuit and chocolate from the nearby store. But yes every staff was really helpful and the quality of food was also nice. It is just that very less quantity was provided. I have also shared the picture of the sandwich in this review. There is electricity problem in the town and they get very limited electricity. But the hotel have a back up generator which they don't use and try to save the diesel and wait for the normal electricity supply to come by evening, if not then they give the supply to rooms. So amenities like TV, electric kettle, wifi, geyser etc are of no use of electricity is not there. Good is good but make sure you check the price on QR code verses the hand written bill you get from hotel. it may vary and I got a reply as the rates are not updated on QR code and we have to gpay the manager. We booked for two days but stayed only for one night due to such circumstances. However the management has helped us in getting our booking shifted to their gangtok hotel for the second day.

I have given room no 403 which was good but it's lock was faulty. so they shifted on 405 , but the geyser was not working. plus point: electric hot bed placed over mattresses, which will make you comfortable even in coldest winter. however Pawan has managed things for us and given the key for 403 so that we can use geyser. Overall a good experience as the hotel is built on Lachen culture , not simply bricks and cement as other hotels do. It probably is the best hotel in Lachen. however some maintenance is required.

During the winter, it is important to have heater and the hotel didn't had it. Also due to Christmas hotel asked us to take compulsory dinner, which is ok but the cost was hefty 1400 per person. Thats too much. Total price of 1 night was far less than dinner cost for 4 person. Avoid this hotel. Done

Amazing stay, good hygiene , clean rooms, value for money.Must visit when you visit Lachen Couple friendly hotel without any hindrance. You will really like the property compared to others as it is a well maintained hotel.

No room service ,phones don't work..it was freezing cold and the geyser wasn't working..twice we changed the room..no proper breakfast and tea..staff is lost,they don't have any idea of anything..such a bad experience

Did not provide heater ..it was very cold. could not provide proper food as well due to snow fall. Otherwise the staff was helpful. not much. expected it to be better.

Not worth more than Rs 2500/-.Overpriced .voice comes from neighbour rooms. this should not be in RoomNo parking place. even to load / unload our luggages from Cab.
