The hotel is located in the midst of grasslands of Gulmarg. The cook cooked the food according to our choice. The Manager was polite and cooperating. But we faced a problem in locating the hotel as there are no signboards of the hotel in Gulmarg. Moreover, the names of the hotel also vary. On Goibibo it is Sun and Snow Li, somewhere it is sun and snow II, and to our surprise the signboard outside the hotel was Sun and snow. Because there are 2 hotels of the same name, the travelers might get confused. Therefore, the name of the hotel should be finalized and signboards should be placed nearby hotel. Another thing which disappointed us was that we booked super Deluxe room but we got a room of Deluxe standard. Overall, the hotel is good for a pleasant stay in Gulmarg.

stay at this hotel was very upset. first they have not provide room even upto 2 pm and i reached there at 12 pm and wait for 2 hour outside. even hotak staff was also not cooperative. excuse from hotel was that your room is not ready. and i think it was not satisfactory answer. service quality was very poor. they have not provide even towels and drinking water for another 2 hour after chek in. when i have complaint then they providealready used towels and shops. room was average type even i have booked super delux room. location was very far away from main town. overall this hotel booking is waist of money and very horrible. i will not recommend this hotel to any visitor.

I stayed 2 nights in January when the temperature dropped to -10 degree at night. Pros: - Good location - Good food at affordable price. Cons: - Central heating works from 6 pm to 12 pm excluding when power load shedding. - Electric blanket was not functional. - There was no blower provided initially. So, I was freezing at night when they turned off central heating. Then they provided a tiny blower which struggled to keep the room warm. - Almost all rooms are near common areas and has poor sound insulation. As a result, you hear outside noise constantly.

The bathroom was not good. Geyser was not working which is basic thing required in Gulmarg at 7 degree. Taps were broken, need to use with soft hands so it doesn't come in your hands. The staff tried to fix the geyser but could not as they dont have the skills. They are good but very casual in service. Don't expect any professional service. I booked the hotel as this is the last option available. I recommend only go here when you dont have any other option. The charges are way higher for what we get.

The only good part of the hotel is staff other than hotel have to many opportunities ,rooms need detail cleaning before customer check-in , too cigarette leftovers underneath the bed,torn mattress ,broken ceiling ,dirty towel(changed after request immediately),to much sound coming in the room whenever some one using stare case or waking . The strangest thing was not lock in the room🙄🙄,you have to keep room open when you are leaving..

this hotel is located in the meadows , behind nedous hotel , the location is beyond our imgination , it is just 5 rooms property , with moderate amenities which are essential, food quality is very good , as this is a 5 rooms property everytime you have to order an al a carte & cook will prepare everything fresh for you , you have to climb a small mountain to reach this property....

The exp.was very good there. Staff was very polite and helpfull. I think it is the cheapest hotel to stay at gulmarg. There is a shop between hotel high land park and sun and snow where an Uncle serves a good cheese maggie, pranthe and bread omlet its a must go place and for skiing never go to gandola you will find a place just in front hotel sun and snow for skiing also

Location of the Hotel is perfect since some of the sight seeing points like Golf Course, fish pond & the Gondola are walking distance from it. However, improvement in certain amenities are required. Latches of the doors including that of the bathroom needs replacement. Food served was good and the service & cleanliness was also good.

Staying in there Gulmarg property with -1 temp. no heater no center heating after 11 pm when the temp decrease. no heating blanket which they promised the time of check-in. THEY DON'T HAVE THE FOOD MENTIONED IN THE MENU. They serve what they are convenient in making. WHAT I'M PAYING FOR?

Horrible location to reach. Nightmare to reach this spot by car. Climbing up the snow covered path is another nightmare not for old people. if you are looking for a decent spot, stay near market. The boys wake up only after 9 am for any service.

Stay in this hotel was memorable. proper heating system was in place for cold , food was nice , staff was very cooperative... But around 30 school children were staying in the hotel who kept shouting, running which was very disturbing...

This hotel is near from site seen points however it’s far from market area. Wi-Fi not available. Facilities like hot water and heater is available which is a must. Overall good experience.
