Super Capital O New All In One Near City Centre Salt Lake

I booked this hotel and paid the full amount in advance by goibbo app. When i reached the hotel at night 8'o clock i see my room is still not ready. What if i would have come at 12 noon. I have booked the room from 12 noon to next day 11 in the morning. After entire half day while reaching hotel at night 8 they started cleaning the room in front of me. While raising my voice they shifted to their own another hotel. Such a painful thing at night. The hotel they shifted me a/c was not working. This was my 2nd booking in the same hotel and 2nd time my experience was horrible. Staff behavior was ok and they are well spoken. Problem is with the owner of the hotel.

Had the worst experience with this booking. As on 23.10.22 - I had booked a room for Rs 430 for 3.11.23, but while checking in they said that some Rs4000 outstanding ammount is left. Had a talk with customer care turns out nothing can be done to revoke the outstanding ammount. Even the cancellation feature was also not working just because I make a chekin during the evening hours. Since it was a necessity had to pay offline ammount of 1400 extra.

Allotted room was ok but i don't think it should come under deluxe category as my room was booked under deluxe. You can see the picture. room i would say ok but bathroom was tiny and shower was not working, jet spay was not working. Staff of the hotel was good and they listen all our queries but the amount which i paid for a night won't justify. My last time of food order was horrible. Hence, this time, I haven't ordered anything.

Peaceful area, clean amenities, staff behavior is good. Wi-Fi, AC working perfectly. Pls note, they do not give me a complimentary / free breakfast. Which was already included in my plan.
