Super Collection O Govind Vihar Matiyari formerly Saffron

I stayed in Treebo Saffron Lucknow along with my family. I booked 2 rooms and stayed for 2 nights. Overall, stay was not so comfortable. Hotel location is very inside from the Chinhat Tiraha. I had to struggle to reach hotel. Check in was also not so smooth, they took 30 mins to get the room ready. Cleanness was also not up to mark. There were mosquitos inside room, one of the room washroom door was not getting closed from outside and there was water leakage inside the washroom. Intercom was also not functional, I had to call caretaker for every small need such as iron, saving kit, water bottle, soap, sampoo, cleaning etc. and even things were not getting done after multiple reminders. I did book room along with breakfast. They didn't provide any breakfast buffet, poha, bread aamlet and paratha and tea was the only options. Even, breakfast was served as per hotel convenience, they took 45 mins for second item to serve. On second day, they didn't even ask/call for breakfast, I was out for morning and returned back within breakfast timing i.e. before 11 am but they didn't check for breakfast. There is also no covered parking available, need to park vechile at roadside if space is available. Room service and hotel cleaning is poor. Basic amenities such as soap, sampoo, saving kit, door mat and even towels were missing in the room.

The room had a large wardrobe with plenty of hangers and a safe for valuables. It was great for organizing my clothes during the stay. Having these basic amenities made unpacking and settling in so much easier.

Room boy enter room just by knocking. Slow service, for serving breakfast takes 45minutes minimum. ordered food too much salt. no water in morning and could not resolve issue within 2 hours

A fantastic hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!
