Disappointed with the Stay I am very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. 1. The location shown on Google Maps is incorrect. When we called the reception for help, the manager was unhelpful and even hung up the phone. We had to rely on passersby to find the actual location. 2. Although the hotel claims check-in is at 11 AM, we arrived at 5 PM and the room was still not ready. 3. After waiting for 15–20 minutes, the manager informed us the room was cleaned and ready. However, once we entered, we found that while the room was spacious, it was not clean at all. 4. The bedspread and bedsheets had visible stains. When we requested fresh linen, we were told the current ones were new. 5. The handwash dispenser was leaking, and water was pouring onto the bathroom floor. 6. The overall accommodation was dirty. Despite calling the manager five times, it took over 1.5 hours for someone to respond, and they simply said the room was clean and nothing more could be done. 7. No toiletries or drinking water were provided in the room. The only positive aspect of the stay was that the air conditioning worked well.

This amenity is not as stated or shown in review or display. I booked 4 rooms and I was totally upset with the facilities and cleanliness.No lift, Steps are very big not suitable for aged people and kids. Full of dust and property has not been cleaned over months. Customer care of GOIBIBO or Vendor OYO convinced me to stay in the same place since i prepaid the amount and OYO management was not ready to give an alternative.I used two rooms which was bit ok with no TV, common bathroom for 2 rooms out side room and booked 2 rooms extra in other buildings paying again due to cleanliness issues in this place and health hazards due to dust inside rooms. I have raised a complaint again with Goibibo with all the pics taken however it's not been resolved till date.

I stayed at this hotel for a day and I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The washrooms were extremely dirty and has not been cleaned properly. Water was not coming up in washroom basin to wash hands. Bucket and mug was so dirty that you don't feel like bathing. Even bedsheets was dirty even after requesting new its like that only even after wash. Additionally, there was no proper parking space available. I had to leave my car far from the hotel, which was really inconvenient and unsafe. No food facility. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. It definitely does not meet even the basic standards of cleanliness.

- Location not correctly updated (even on Google). Took 1 hour to search the location by manually asking local people.- No contact available (only contact available for support - they too were not able to help)- No luggage assistance provided even after requesting the same- The bathroom door was broken and couldn't be closed. - Basic necessities like soap, towel, electric kettle were not provided during the stay.+ Direct check-in for other customers without online booking was cheaper compared to the price I booked for.All that's mentioned above
