Behaviour of the manager was very poor, he wants to deal with the couples OYO type only as his revenue is per few hrs so all family or business travellers definitely avoid this place as he hates online bookings and wants money in hand etc not advisable to waste time there and infront of the hotel open drains with waste water flowing total negative vibe.

Really rooms are excellent. Services are very nice. Superb. Go and check out here. Beside of Belghoria expressway. Just 10 min distance from Baranagar metro station. Foods are amazing. Services are all okay. Safe for couples. Just Amazing.

the attendants over there, are quite friendly and cooperative. but the wardrobe needs to be cleaned and the rooms need to be painted once.the ac and geyser are in good working condition.
