Rooms are wonderful! And if you can get a balcony in Mumbai, with full wall windows/slider doors, you are in heaven. Rooms are neat, bathrooms are good. Staff is very amicable and room service is quite fast. The only issue is location but since it's Mumbai, you get used to entrances to good places being from small lanes so that's not a big deal. Maybe this can be mentioned in the description or somewhere so people can find it easily. In any case, would definitely like to stay here when I come next. No interference. It was a professional and respectful dealing.

Hey guys! It was our second time stay at Divine and I tell you it was awesome! The service and the staff was very cooperative. They allowed us for early checkin around 9am( Also maybe due to availability of the rooms). Once again they gave us no chance for any complaints, the rooms were clean and everything else was upto the point, worth the money! Must recommend this hotel!

Very good Hospitality,Rooms are very clean and well managed. Staffs are polite and always ready for service. I would like to reccomend for others too because of in budget, very good service and hotel location from where you can access metro and local train easily from Ghatkopar Station.

The solace that you find in this place is all because of the way they go an extra mile to serve you. Curtains can be worked on... a little room darkening shade can help give an added peace. Glasses to drink water were missing. Still overall the stay was amazing.

It was an awesome stay, the hotel has very good management and room service is avilable even at late nights or early morning hours. Food is excellent. Clean rooms, good shower everything is perfectly taken care of. Loved staying here and will visit soon.

The Staff is particularly very helpful. The rooms are clean, amenities provided adequate, has an elevator too. All the rooms have a private balcony! That's a big plus! Privacy, Staff behavior & helpfulness.

Decent rooms, nice ambience, small gallery like cherry on top, well behaved working staff. Cigarette smell in the bathroom however it just needed some ventilation. 1 Tip : please provide more water bottles.
