It was not good experience as there are misleading information, firstly they don't provide water and there aren't very basic facilities like Fan doesn't have regulator, Ac have no remote and the switch of the Ac was in bathroom, and room has no ventilation, there is no TV in the room, the matress was also not proper and room was very small, As I have paid I expect something as its not small amount. The staff was humble but not have any skils I have to manage things by my own, That is not for what I paid. Overall It was not good experience.

I have a bad experience at the hotel as I first denied check-in the hotel, I have to wait a lot till the goibibo team resolved the issue. After the wait of almost 90 minutes I allowed to check in. Cleanliness is just Ok, Tv cable was not working, AC remote not provided. Room is not furnished. Thanks to goibibo customer executive Mr. Ranjeet for the timely help at that time. I request you to please check for this check in issue that I encountered first time as it caused so much inconvenience. Thanks and regardsNeeraj mishra
