from the very beginning, we arrived at 11O'clock. The room which was booked for us was available with them but they denied and asked us to wait till 12:00. We provided the ID cards to them, the staff scanned the ID card and taken the Xerox as well, but not returned the original ID at same moment. He kept our ID for atleast 1 hrs and then returned. what was the purpose for keeping original ID for so long as they have verified it at the counter before check-in. The room provided by them was full of mosquitoes. Further, provided room was not a separate room but it was the half of the room, partition made by the plyboard of a singel room into two rooms. the booking was made alongwith breakfast but no breakfast was provided by the staff nor any refund for the service not provided due to any reason. We were feeling very discomfort staying there and felt that something is not right or could breach of privacy, as it is common in case of couples staying at hotels. ...

honestly everything is perfect only one little thing is disappointing that you have to wait for 20 to 25 minutes for cleaning and maintenance of the room Otherwise the staff's behaviour is good, room is clean and systematic, There is no disturbance created by the staff on that day. you can order food directly from room by call. overall experience was excellent. ya, it's my first experience to stay at the hotel with my girlfriend. seriously I will be very happy with this hotel to provide such a supportive environment and no disturbance created by any hotel staff which will happen in many hotels. thank you hotel magadh Empire to your service. I will always remember your service and whenever I come to Patna. I will stay at your hotel.

Hotel staff asked to pay more money over and above the booking amount to allow checking in. This happened at 9 pm when I did not have much option rather than pay 700 rupees more. Constantly complained that this low booking amount is not enough to sustain hotel running cost. This is not an acceptable behaviour. Although this issue was resolve later, the hotel management must take steps so that this is not repeated.Cleanliness in the rooms is not good and it is safe to say that hygiene is not a priority for them. Even the attire of the staff when guests are present was horrible. They showed up shirtless and demanded 700 rupees in cash to allow us a room. Terrible experience .

The hotel provided a satisfactory experience for its price, offering good amenities and services. The staff was courteous, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The location and facilities met expectations, making the stay comfortable. However, some areas need improvement. Room cleanliness requires more attention to ensure a hygienic stay. Additionally, the availability of food items as per the menu was lacking, and the taste of the food could be improved. Ensuring a well-stocked menu and enhancing food quality would greatly enhance the guest experience. Apart from these aspects, everything else was up to the mark for a pleasant stay.

After 24 hours of travel, when the exhausted travelers reached the hotel, extra money was demanded at the reception , it was said that you have paid less, then after complaining to the oyo, the person present at the reception said with a threatening tone that he will come in the room and Will take money forcefully, problem was solved after staying on phone with oyo assistant for about 3 hours, hotel cleanliness was very bad, bedsheet was very dirty, ac was not working too. Overall was a very bad experience. I will never stay in this hotel again. Thanks to Oyo Assistance who solved the problem quickly .

This is my worst experience. The bathroom is just 2.5 ft wide and one cannot even bathe properly. Room was very small. Practically, the bathroom was carved in the room. Not worth living or Rs.500 worth. Hotel manager cum Owner was very greedy. He charged forcibly Rs.500/- for my friend's visit in my room for half an hour. Outside food was not allowed. The food quality/tea/coffee was bakwas with enormously high price tag.

worst experience in my life.The hotel is not worth. The room is dirty, the bathroom is like a small passage. Very poor room service. They will not serve you breakfast if it is included in your stay and if you ask they will say it will be prepared after 10 am.worst experience.

A well furnished and spacious room was allotted to us after a smooth check-in process. Finding the hotel was a hassle-free thing. Room service was pretty quick. All safety and hygiene measures are strictly followed. Would surely recommend.

Room was not good. Cleanliness was not there. Spiting on the walls. Mosquitos are there and i have asked receptionist to provide all out he hasn't provide me. Towel are not clean and rooms are smelling
